BHP member Danny Ellis demonstrates a really challenging conditioning routine: Sledicides!
You may have done “suicides” in gym class or on a sports team before: you sprint to a line, turn and come back to the start, go to a further line, come back to start … and that just keeps going until you have gone the length of the field or court.
Well, we decided to up the challenge a bit and have Danny do it with our 75lb sled! A high handle sled push to the line, and then a low handle sled push on the way back. Check it out in the video above!
