A fun and challenging  workout for all levels
We are launching our new BHP Bootcamp program! Until the end of November, we will be featuring special prices on group classes and class packages.

Each group class is 45 minutes and includes a full body dynamic warm-up followed by an interval-based workout that mixes strength and conditioning exercises. Our coaches will alter the exercises to ensure that everyone is getting the most out of their workout!

Our in-depth fitness assessment is designed to give you as much knowledge about your body as possible. We begin by taking your vitals and body composition. We then have you complete a rigorous movement analysis so we can identify areas where you move well, and other areas where you need to move better. All of this data allows us to design a targeted exercise plan that is specifically tailored to your goals and your body’s needs.
