What Does  BHP Fitness Coaching Look Like?

We take care to evaluate your wants and needs in the most through Health and Strategy Session NYC has to offer. After that we craft a customized fitness program for you to help you achieve the lifestyle and body you asked for. We will take you through every detail of ever exercise and ensure you know exactly how to perform your program. After a few weeks we update your program to accommodate your new level of fitness, this way you can keep moving forward. Our coaches will keep you accountable with everything from booking your training sessions to making sure your nutrition questions are answered.

Our sessions are conducted wit a Coach:Client ratio of 1:4 to ensure you get all the attention and coaching you need to meet the safety and technical requirements of your individual program. Our goal is to make these movements second nature to you so even when you are doing them alone you will have full confidence in your technique.

We can regularly re-assess you to make sure we are moving toward your goal and more importantly, creating new ones together as you progress.
