FITNESS COACHING

If you are serious about achieving your fitness goals, then our Fitness Coaching Membership is for you. Designed to be able to suit the needs of all populations, fitness coaching allows you to get the personal attention you need at a fraction of the cost of traditional one-on-one personal training.

After your free assessment and consultation session, our head coach will write an individualized exercise program tailored to your needs. For each of your training sessions, you will work with one of our coaches who will make sure that you are doing all of the exercises effectively, efficiently, and safely. For days that you don’t have a semi-private session scheduled, you can enjoy open use of our gym at any time.

What Does  BHP Fitness Coaching Look Like?

Our  fitness coaching model is different from personal training at other gyms because you are able to share the cost of your coach with up to three other clients at the same time.

This ratio hits the right balance where you can still work through your individual exercise program while getting the attention you need. You will get the coaching cues you need to maintain proper form and get the most out of every workout.

Another advantage of fitness coaching is that you don’t have to worry about whether your coach is available at a specific date and time. If we are open, then you can schedule a workout! We take it upon ourselves to make sure we have the right number of coaches on the floor so that you are always getting the right amount of attention.
