If you are looking for a complete total body workout in 45 minutes, then our BHP Bootcamp classes are for you!
Each group class is 45 minutes and includes a full body dynamic warm-up followed by an interval-based workout that mixes strength and conditioning exercises. Our coaches will alter the exercises to ensure that everyone is getting the most out of their workout!
