If you are looking for a complete total body workout in 45 minutes, then our BHP Bootcamp classes are for you!
Each group class is 45 minutes and includes a full body dynamic warm-up followed by an interval-based workout that mixes strength and conditioning exercises. Our coaches will alter the exercises to ensure that everyone is getting the most out of their workout!
All BHP Bootcamp Classes include:

- A fun and challenging 45 minute workout
- A mix of strength and conditioning exercises
- Exercises are modified to meet the level of each person
