Awesome place -- you can work out here at any level, and they are totally supportive. I went in with a bad hip injury, and 3 months later, my pain is just about gone. Tommy is amazing -- knows all the right things to do to get my strength up around the torn muscle. I now have all these exercises to do that are just right for me, and that he has gradually made harder as I get better. Also, I get no bad vibes around being an older woman and fat and fit. It's a place for women, for men, for fat people or thin people. Supportive, challenging, and tailored to what you need.
